A 40 minute live streamed film, brought to you by BetterHelp. A live music and meditation experience. 9 tracks performed by Lauv interweaved with guided meditation. We built a set inspired by Ari’s childhood and nature - exploring the themes of the album within our design. The lighting design throughout the show took us from sunrise to sunset. It was really important to me to try and keep the show as interesting and dynamic as possible, and use every part of the set in different ways. A lot of thought went into this project and combining Ari’s love of meditation and nature I decided to split the show into 5 chapters. Each exploring a different one of nature’s elements and the mindfulness practices linked to them. These nature’s elements then inspired the lighting design for the tracks that followed in the set.
